Ok everyone The council decided yesterday that if the leaders want to declare war or they want to do somthing important THEY HAVE TO LET THE COUNCIL KNOW ABOUT IT. and the council will vote on what they want to do. could everyone please stop asking to be in the council because its full up ok i propose a council thats like this
Head Of the Council (leader of ACP)
Vice leader of the council ( co leader of acp)
council members (owners on the chat box)
represenatatives of other armys (mods)
Senators Of ACP (all the acp moderators
public (members and guests who vote on things)

OK this looks like a good system, I think the senators of ACP should over look ACP servers. They have some troops patrol the server, If anything goes wrong they declare a state of emergency and everyone in ACP helps out. Also we should have a vote on who should be the new leader. Council members are candidates.

Sounds good, I like the idea of the general ACP public being allowed to vote on things as well. I propose the way we do that is:
1. People who aren’t Council members or Senators submit their names.
2. The Council narrows it down to maybe 15 or 20
3. All ACP votes for the top ten who become the “People’s Council” or whatever we want to call it.
The one variation I think we could do is allow Senators to run to be in the low council.
I think together, we could try to get this to run like the U.S. Government with checks and balances. To pass something, it would go to the low council, If passed it would be voted on by the high council, then the leader could veto it, or keep it. If it was vetoed, it would go back to the low or high council where it could be overturned with a two-thirds vote. This way, no one branch would take control.
