1. Summary:

The ACP Nation and the ACP are the same thing. We are a Nation and an Army. Elections are for both the Government and military ranks, and so on. the full name is Army of Club Penguin Nation, a shortened version is ACP Nation, and what everyone will call it is just the ACP.

2. Land:

Here is a map of the USA North region the ACP will control. USA North is the entire first page of the American servers.

Here are what each server will be in our country.

• Mammoth:Capital, main military base; Most ACP citizens and soldiers will live there, government officials will live there, and it is the main ACP military stronghold.
• Snow Fort:Training ground; New ACP soldiers and armies will be trained there.
• Embassy: Snow Globe; Members of other armies and countries can come here and do whatever they want.
• Biggest City: Blizzard; Biggest city in Club Penguin.

• Five Faces: Huge City
• Four Faces: City
• Three Faces: Large Town
• Two Faces: Small Town
• One Face: Countryside

We control these servers, but we let other people in. Anyone can come in, except groups of enemy armies. No one is allowed to set up a base there, unless we give them a Land Grant for a certain server. When we give a Land Grant, we still control the server, but the other army can control it also. If we go to war with that army, the Land Grant can be ended, and we get the server back.

3. Government:

The ACP has a democratic republic. That means we are a mix between a democracy (We elect our leaders) and a republic (The people have a say, and we have votes for big decisions). Here are the ranks in the Government:

• President (Head General):This person (TomYellow) Can’t be impeached (Fired from his position). He is not elected, and is the leader.
• Vice President (Second-in-Command):This person must be elected, but has no limit for the time he/she can serve. The only way to get a new one is if the President fires him/her, or if he/she is impeached, with a vote. To be elected, this person must win the whole election.
• Top Senator (General): These people must be elected. They can only server for two months before they become ordinary citizens or elected again. The main people that get second in the election will get this rank. If another person is found worthy of election afterward, they must be elected.
• Senator (Commander):these people must be elected. They can only server for two months before becoming ordinary citizens or being elected again. The main people that get third in the election will get this rank. If another person has been found worthy of elections afterward, they must be elected.
• Citizen (Soldier): Anyone who isn’t elected is a citizen.

When making big decisions, everyone votes, but the officials in the government have more influence in the end.

4. Citizenship & Elections:

Citizens: To become a citizen, all you have to do is join. Here are a few rewards citizens get:

• Citizen get to vote.
• In coin lotteries, citizens get to choose two numbers, and everyone else only gets to choose one.
• Citizens are more respected and listened to withing the ACP than any non-ACP people.
• Much more!

Elections: To choose leaders, we hold elections. We hold an election every two months, and the winners get a rank in the Government. Here is what happens in elections:

• Everyone submits their name if they want to be elected.
• We hold several polls, and the winners from each poll go on to the next round (Semi-Finals). Anyone in the Semi-Finals is automatically going to have a rank in the Government.
• The two, three or four winners of the Semi-Finals go on to the Finals. Everyone else gets a rank in the Government. The lowest scoring people are Senators, the middle people are Top Senators, and the winners are in the Final Round.
• In the Finals, the winner is Vice President. (We only hold final rounds when we impeach the current Vice President). The ones who didn’t win are Top Senators.
• If two or more people are proven to be good candidates after the elections, we will have another election. To win, we must have at least 30 people voting. The winner must win by two thirds. If not, the two, or even three top people get to be Senators.

If any of our allies are at war, we will help them, depending on the circumstances. If the war is between two allies, we will try to stop the conflict with diplomacy. If that doesn’t work we will help whoever has the greater cause.
