Ok everyone The council decided yesterday that if the leaders want to declare war or they want to do somthing important THEY HAVE TO LET THE COUNCIL KNOW ABOUT IT. and the council will vote on what they want to do. could everyone please stop asking to be in the council because its full up ok i propose a council thats like this

                                                 Vice leader of the council ( co leader of acp)

                                                 council members (owners on the chat box) 

                                              represenatatives of other armys (mods)

                                                 Senators Of ACP (all the acp moderators

                                             public  (members and guests who vote on things)

Arosso13, Baloon451, Bellehdewmah, Chrisdude100, Diaa Lotfi, Aber, Sheila, Penguin47 something,  Speedmobile will be mods

Also Leaders of Nachos, IW, UPFA, RPF, & UMA are welcomed to come too
